MEET-UP #11: ELTA Madagascar Educators Gather to Connect, Share, and Grow
ELTA Madagascar educators gathered across the country to connect, share, and grow through professional development and team-building sessions. In Antananarivo, participants met at INFP Mahamasina to exchange practical classroom management strategies, reflect on inclusive care, and strengthen the English language teacher network in Madagascar.
Today, educators gathered across Madagascar to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen their professional community. This national moment of sharing brought together English language teachers around two key themes: professional development and team building.
The first theme, Professional Development: Classroom Management Through Shared Strategies, focused on practical and classroom-tested techniques that teachers can use to create more effective, engaging, and supportive learning environments.
The second theme, Team Building: Inclusive Care, encouraged participants to reflect on the importance of supporting one another, strengthening professional relationships, and building a more inclusive and caring educator network.
