MEET-UP #11: ELTA Madagascar Educators Gather to Connect, Share, and Grow

Today, educators gathered across Madagascar to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen their professional community. This national moment of sharing brought together English language teachers around two key themes: professional development and team building. The first theme, Professional Development: Classroom Management Through Shared Strategies, focused on practical and classroom-tested techniques that teachers can use to create more effective, engaging, and supportive learning environments. The second theme, Team Building: Inclusive Care, encouraged participants to reflect on the importance of supporting one another, strengthening professional relationships, and building a more inclusive and caring educator network. Highlights from Antananarivo In Antananarivo, the session took place at INFP Mahamasina and brought together a highly engaged group of educators. The atmosphere was marked by meaningful discussions, collaboration, smiles, and a shared meal that reinforced the spirit of community. Participants actively contributed their experiences and insights, making the gathering both enriching and inspiring. The event served as a valuable opportunity for teachers to learn from one another and to reaffirm their commitment to quality English language education in Madagascar.
